Hi, all!  Although I am welcoming you to “Comfortable Hell”, I’m actually here to get you out of it!  You know what I mean, the generic life.  The one where we ignore those bright red flags to maintain some equilibrium in our Facebook-happy environment.  I REALLY hope my words will begin to give you the eyes to see and the desire to make some tough, but overdue changes.  Time is moving fast, let’s make HAPPY the new normal.  XOXO, Sarah
